Sharon Throop, has been involved in the real estate industry since 1975, specializing in real estate portfolio analysis, escrow procedures and property management.  She received her General Business Associate of Arts degree, with an emphasis in escrow and real estate in 1980.  She obtained her Bachelors Degree in Real Estate in 1981 and her brokers' license in 1982. 

She is a third generation Ontario, California resident.  Ms. Throop graduated from Chaffey High School and attended Chaffey College and California State Polytechnic University in Pomona.  After earning her degree, she has continued to pursue educational courses in real estate and communication skills.  She is a past-president of the Ontario chapter of the International Training in Communication organization. 

Ms. Throop served as Conference Coordinator of Real Estate EXPO, the largest real estate educational and marketing event in the United States.  She has assisted with the structuring and organization of numerous other national marketing and educational events.  She has been involved with exchange marketing groups and served as Advanced Education Chairman for the National Council of Exchangors.  Ms. Throop has held various offices in the regional and local chapters of the National Council of Exchangors.  Ms. Throop currently holds a listing in "Who's Who in Creative Real Estate".
